林詩梅律師，1996年畢業於國立台灣大學法律系，同年通過律師高考並展開律師職涯，除於2000年赴英國倫敦大學大學學院（University College London）攻讀法學碩士（LLM）外，持續執業逾25年，累積豐富而多元的實務經驗，涵蓋公司與證券法、外人投資、企業併購、智慧財產權、公平交易法、勞動法、政府採購、工程、遺產與繼承等及相關爭端解決等領域，且精通中英文合約撰擬、中英文法律文件翻譯等。執行律師業務之餘，林律師也關注社會與公共事務，為落實民主法治與轉型正義貢獻一份心力。

Attorney Jamie Lin obtained her LLB at National Taiwan University in 1996 and passed the national bar exam in the same year, officially beginning her legal career. Except for a period in 2000-2001 when she pursued a LLM degree at University College London in the UK, she has been practicing law for over 25 years. Throughout her career, she has accumulated extensive and diverse practical experience in areas including corporate and securities laws, foreign direct investment, M&A, intellectual property, fair trade law, labor law, government procurement, constructions, estate planning, inheritance and related dispute resolutions. She is also proficient in drafting Chinese/English contracts and translating Chinese/English legal documents. In addition to her legal practice, she actively engages in social and public affairs, dedicating efforts to the advancement of democracy, the rule of law and the realization of transitional justice.
